We are a not-for-profit organisation. All of our events are free; you are not required to pay prior to applying or taking part in our events or scholarship program. If anyone (including our staff or volunteers) asks for money from you before allowing you to participate in ANY of our programs please contact the president by clicking here. This will be investigated thoroughly and expeditiously. The above link can also be used if you experience any form of abuse or harassment.
We will use fully qualified practitioners during our outreach programs such as health promotion and free medical activities, and will provide optimal care.
Your presence at any of our events indicates that you agree to our terms and conditions.
During our events we will take photos, videos and may interview you, these may be posted online to promote our activities. Participation in our events means you agree to have pictures of you taken and videos made and used to promote our activities.
Once it is ratified by the Directors and signed by the President, the decision of ACH Foundation regarding scholarship awardees or beneficiaries of our other programs is final. This cannot be appealed and no reason will be given to unsuccessful candidates for not being selected.
